Graduated from the School of Management of Tianjin University in 2011 and obtained a doctorate in management. Since 2008, engaged in theoretical research on investment decision-making and financing mode of infrastructure projects, and established deep theoretical research foundation on PPP mode. Published several PPP-related research papers in key academic journals such as System Engineering and Urban Development Studies, and as a major member, involved in the subject study of Evaluation on the Implementation Effect of PPP Project of Beijing Subway Line 4.
Joined Dayue Consulting in 2015. During his service for Dayue Consulting, he implemented 100+ projects in the capacity of project leader, covering municipal roads, highways, rail transit, medical care, elderly care, sewage and garbage, cultural tourism, logistics parks, smart cities, underground comprehensive corridors, characteristic towns, and urban comprehensive development, and was invited to instruct on more than 30 occasions for local governments, platform companies, and social capital, among which he was particularly experienced in projects in the field of rail transit. He has participated in and took charge of 15+ rail transit PPP projects, including Beijing, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Xi'an, Changsha, Chengdu, Foshan and Jilin, with investment scale of more than 300 billion yuan.
